The extension lags my PC to the limit I thought something is mining crypto in the background, not only that but it makes textboxes malfunction by adding a scroll bar!!! this happens with intercom.com chat.

Causes slowdowns and lagging on multiple sites, even when it is disabled for that page. Even causes lagging on the Google page. Not sure what's going on in the background but it ain't pretty...

quillbot add-in for Words has suddenly stopped working today? I have been using it since last year and it was working 2 days ago. Now its not opening in MS words. Any specific reason. Need help. regards.

It was a 5, but everything I paraphrase turns into spanish words...

Extension is not working in chrome browser and not able select the recommendations and corrections.

As a grammar checker, it’s good, but the wording suggestions for improving the so-called “low fluency” are faulty. Fun fact: when I paraphrase what I wrote using his paraphraser and import it again, the algorithm will label that as “low fluency” as well. I don’t know who trained the program, but it cannot grasp words, sentences, and their meanings. He jumps into his mouth, or, as we say, he shoots himself in the foot. I also uploaded a text written by a professional editor and proofreader, and QuillBot marked that as “low fluency.” A disaster. The web client is slow. Servers are always prone to crashes and lags. I always see pop-up notifications that something went wrong while checking grammar or how I’m logged off. The three-day money-back guarantee is a fraud. They refuse to refund you, and as someone pointed out on Trust Pilot, the premium modes for paraphrasing are the same as the free versions. Use it only for hard-to-see typos. Do not accept his premium suggestions for “low fluency” at all costs. Trust yourself rather than a program that will suggest wording that makes little sense. It will impede your writing and cause writer’s block. Also, someone mentioned that the paraphraser will rephrase the text and make it sound out of context, especially if you are using it to write a book, poem, piece of literature, or novel. Use it with caution. It changes the subject to something that has nothing to do with your book. Write it yourself.
